Frank J. Lule, WHO Regional Office for Africa.

Frank Lule is the Medical Officer for HIV/AIDS treatment and Viral Hepatitis programme at the World Health Organization’s Regional Office for Africa based in Brazzaville, Congo. The programme is committed to responding to public health challenges of HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis in all 47 Member States of the African Region. He coordinates the Organization’s HIV treatment programme in the African Region. Dr Lule holds a Medical Degree from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda and a Masters Degree in Community Health from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.
